Rimi Khalbourji, founder of Education Success Partners, Inc., leverages 25 years of experience in education to design training programs that equip school district staff with inclusive, evidence-based instructional strategies. Her work focuses on enhancing student outcomes while supporting school districts in achieving sustainable educational practices. Throughout her career, she has held various roles in the public school system, including special education coordinator, program specialist, special education & intervention teacher, administrator of extended school year (ESY) programs, instructional assistant, and one-on-one paraeducator. Her mission is to help schools build inclusive environments where every student feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

 

With expertise spanning key components of inclusive student support systems, including Special Education, Co-Teaching, Response to Intervention (RTI), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Universal Design for Learning (UDL), IEP compliance, and staff development, Rimi is committed to bridging the gap between general and special education. She is especially passionate about fostering collaboration among educators to create inclusive classrooms that support the whole child.

Rimi earned her Bachelor of Arts in Family & Consumer Sciences with an emphasis in Child Development & Family Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and her Master of Arts in Special Education from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
